Data from medical examinations show that adolescents from developed countries grew by 10 cm on average during the past 10 years. We believe that this is good news but the doctors think otherwise. They say the heart of teenagers can not keep up with rapid growth.
Teenagers, especially boys in the period of rapid growth often face and without muscle weakness due. They tire quickly after exercise, complain of pain on the side of the heart and frequent headaches. Parents believe that the body grows unevenly. But by examining the evolution of heart and vessels with modern equipment, cardiologists have found that these problems are not related to rapid growth.
Indeed the weakness experienced is due to a deficiency of carnitine - the substance that ensures the transfer of "fuel" for energy systems of cells. Then it gets tired quickly and it loses its ability to work.
The treatment is in the canteen! Carnitine is found in meat but not chicken or turkey - in the b beef or veal. There are also many in the milk that is often ignored by teens today in favor of Coca-Cola.
Another reason for heart disease is the hypodynamy. The myocardium like any other muscle requires training. It is not equal to the hobby at a computer or game console
There is a view in the Heart of a child who says that even children with valvular disease need to practice sports. Healthy children even more.
The adolescent must be moving at least two hours per day. Otherwise the age of 25 symptoms of coronary heart disease: stenocardia, headaches or feeling pressure from the sternum, may appear.
