Eye strain is putting a strain on my Puter Time

I have been dealing with eyestrain this week. Well, I haven’t gone to a doctors or anything yet, but I looked it up on the internet, and I am pretty sure its eye strain.
I get weird kinda headaches, and dots in my field of vision. SO I have been trying to limit my Mac time a bit. I also will change to colors of my screen, or wear sunglasses.
I should go to an eye doctor at some point.
I’ve had that too. Some of it might be your posture. When I changed around my ways of sitting, the headaches and spots improved without dealing with eye docs. Worth a mention.
