Baptists say, “Jesus wants you to wear pants.”

July 29th, 2007 by Kilted Eric

Baptist for Brownback thinks “real” men only wear pants, and that if you wear anything else you are gay. What more can I say but, gee maybe my wife and I should have a talk.

Ps. look at historical clothing from the middle east during the time that Jesus lived, and you will see that he didn’t wear pants. Really, what’s the big deal.

  1. I just wanted to tell you i loved what you wrote on this persons site. more power to you and all who else stand up for our right. I had someone tell me on my myspace that this person has every right to their words and what not and I should take it witha grain of salt but it is hard when they are bashing my ancestors like that.. hahha comes to find out this guy just crazy anyways..lol but thanks again for sharing your opinion on that horrid site. all the best to you and YOUR Wife and kilts heheheheeh

  2. I was thinking the same thing, Eric. Jesus wore a robe. I don’t consider him a sissy. I was royally ticked at the reference to “Ghastly Scots!” What? I posted to Brownback’s Myspace at the behest of kiltsrock.com. I’m certainly not voting for a candidate associated with a group that will vilify my ancestors.

Typical! What’s new about a religious group spewing hate and intolerance? It doesn’t do any good to respond to them, because they will never be swayed by reason or logic. Compassion, understanding and brotherly love do not extend pass the front door of the sycophants place of worship. I doesn’t matter anyway, Brownnose never stood a snowballs chance in hell of being elected.

You know, after reading batist for Brownback article on kilts. I keep have the feeling the many people just have no respect for me ancestories at all. I love wear kilts, and my family background consists of Gypies, Irish, and Jews. If I can quote Rodney Dangerfield, “I get no respect”

P.S. if you want to have sense of hatred against the Irish, just watch Gangs of New York. They captured the Irish hatred well for that time period.

  5. My husband hails from the U.K and I’m trying so damn hard to get him to wear a kilt…even if just around the house! Kilted men are so sexy! I guess that makes me gay, which is not really a big surprise…I do rather like the menfolk….

I think my favorite part of the Baptist article was that the whole point of kilts was to have easy access to fornicate! Hahaha! That is too great!

Mr. Brown’s opinion is based on ignorance, there is no telling a person like that what is true and what his fairytale world he will believe…

    He’ll get his just deserts…
