However upon reading on, I suspect that he might not even wear a knee length skirt if one of the towns ladies offered to give hin an old one of hers. Perhaqps the town is just carging him with the most minimum charge to get his attention. Men should not be judged by kilts or pants but by the spectrum women are free to wear---everything. Unless a garment by its configuration interfaces only with the particular anatomy of either sex (bras--athletic supporters)---it is no sex difference only a style difference. The more men wear kilts, the more the question will be asked "why should we be restricted to that one style?" Are women restricted to just one type of trouser style?
